Many helpers make up our body's immune system. Most of us are familiar with our white blood cells. They flow through our bloodstream to fight things like viruses and bacteria. However our immune system includes many players, such as our skin, spleen, lymph nodes, and more. When it comes to cultivating resilient health, it is vital that we properly nourish all components of our immune system.
Just as we take proactive measures to care for our cardiovascular, respiratory, and digestive systems, it is just as important that we take a proactive roll in the health of our immune system... especially during challenging times such as allergy season, the rise of COVID's Delta Variant, or any given Tuesday for those of us here in the Ohio River Valley!

Eucalyptus oil is not only cleansing and purifying, but it also helps reduce tension. That is one reason it is one of my first go-to when I feel a cold coming on. Try adding to a bath or shower. Inhale deeply... it has anti-inflammatory properties for the lungs!
Oregano can be used internally, topically, and aromatically. It not only supports the immune system, but also aids digestion and respiration. It is a powerful oil... one or two drops go a long way! For topical use, be sure to use a carrier oil such as fractionated coconut oil.
Copaiba supports the cardiovascular, immune, digestive, and respiratory systems. It has powerful antioxidant benefits when taken internally. An added benefit... Copaiba promotes clear skin and a good complexion! Who new strengthening our immune system could be so pretty?
doTERRA Breathe promotes ease in breathing, cleanses the airways, and minimizes the effects of seasonal threats.
And, drumroll please, my personal favorite go-to for all things immune system related is.... doTERRA On Guard.
