Service Description

In this introductory package, you will learn to better understand sensation as your body's own unique language. Together we will create an astrologically-informed daily practice including suggestions that may include yoga, nutrition, and aromatherapy, tailored to your own unique wellness-related concerns and goals. This package includes three one-hour sessions and three 15 minute check-in calls between sessions. Sessions will be conducted via Zoom video. Check-in calls will be conducted via Zoom with or without video. Supportive materials materials such as PDFs will be emailed.   Got questions? Let's chat!
